Before you write
Please include your Carry version, iOS version, device model, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send health information, identity documents, booking documents, or other sensitive attachments.
iCloud sync
Carry does not require an in-app account. Sync uses the private iCloud account signed in on your device. Check that both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Carry is allowed to use iCloud. Changes may take a short time to appear.
Weather and Health features
Destination forecasts require a network connection. Period-aware packing reminders are optional, off by default, and process read-only Cycle Tracking data on your device.
